halfway started the blogilates 90 day meal plan/workout challenge. (link above)
halfway because I need to build up my stamina in order to complete the hour a day workouts, (also, I broke my foot a few months ago, so I have to be careful how much pressure goes on it.) and I don’t have access to some of the food items I’d need to do the meal plan accurately.
plus since I won’t be working out for as long or as hard, the amount of food intake has to be altered anyway.

right now it’s for a week, to see how I’m feeling, and from there we shall see.
I definitely want to start eating cleaner, although I normally eat pretty clean anyway. but I definitely want to make sure I’m eating enough protein to balance the amount of working out I’ll be doing.
